Rimworld Mod Test: Pipboy 3000

Features:

~Adds pipboy3000  from Fallout New Vegas to the original game as apparel. 

~Can be bought from factions with tech level higher than "industry".

~With Pipboy3000, you can use V.A.T.S to target the enemies, it gives you bonus chance to hit your targets.

~Mysterious stranger might be spawned during the process and despawn after few seconds, whose chance was determined by the chance in the settings.

Updates:

~With targeting node on the mod list, you can target specific body part of your enemies  during V.A.T.S
